Software Support includes: Desktop Operating System (MS Windows XP, MS Windows Vista, MS Windows 7), Server Operating System (MS Windows SBS Server or MS Windows Server 2003/2008), MS Exchange, MS Office Applications (Word, Excel etc.), E-Mail (Account Creation, maintenance etc.), SAGE (Install/Configuration), Anti Virus/Anti Spam Application Support & Advice and Data Backup Application Support.
Hardware Support includes: Server, Workstations, Laptops, Printers, Switches/Routers/Hubs and Data Backup Devices (For Remote Support all hardware must be Networked and/or be accessible remotely via Broadband Internet)
Both Wired and Wireless Networks are supported (or a mixture of both).
